Privacy Policy

Information on the Processing of Personal Data

The data controller is LAMAJ, spol. s r.o., with its registered office at Šúdolská 744/3A, 94911 Nitra, Company ID No. 36537349, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Nitra, Section Sro, Insert No. 12036/N (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), the Controller processes the following personal data:

  • first and last name,
  • telephone number,
  • email address,
  • billing address,
  • delivery address,
  • bank details,
  • data from communication between the Controller and the customer,
  • records of the customer’s behaviour on the Controller’s website. 

The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject, or to take steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Data Retention Period:
Personal data are stored and processed for the purpose of performing the contract, maintaining records of the contract, and for the possible future exercise or defence of legal claims, for the duration of the contractual relationship and the fulfilment of the contract, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties:
Unless LAMAJ, spol. s r.o. is required by law to disclose personal data, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties. An exception applies to carriers, to whom only the personal data necessary for the delivery of goods are provided.

The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries (outside the European Union) or to international organisations.

Data Subject Rights:
You can access and correct your personal data at any time by logging into your customer account.

In accordance with the EU Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data from the data controller.
  • Receive information about which personal data are being processed.
  • Request the correction of your personal data.
  • Request the deletion of your personal data (unless they are required for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed).
  • Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data.

We Protect Your Data:
All customer data is secured against any misuse.
The personal data you provide when making a purchase is treated as confidential and will never be shared with third parties. Your personal data will only be used for the necessary purposes related to processing your order.

By ticking the "Subscribe to Newsletter" checkbox during the final step of your order, or by entering your email address in the "Subscribe to Newsletter" field, you voluntarily give us consent to inform you about our news, discounts, and offers, and to contact you for marketing purposes.

Unsubscribing from Newsletter Emails (Removing Your Address from Our Database):
You can send a request to the email address: info@kofficherry.sk and your email will be removed from our database.

Upon a written request from the customer, personal data will be deleted from the database, and company LAMAJ s.r.o. will no longer process it.

Options for Deleting Personal Data:
If you wish to have all your personal data deleted, please contact us at the email address info@kofficherry.sk with your request. We will promptly delete all personal data.
