How to prepare Cascara – with Lemongrass?

• As a hot drink: Add 8 g of the drink mix (3 teaspoons) and pour over 200 ml of hot water (around 90°C). Let it steep for 8-10 min. and then strain through a sieve.
  
  
• As a cold brew: Add 10 g of the drink mix (4 teaspoons) and pour over 200 ml of water. Put in the fridge and let it steep for 15-16 hours. Finally, strain through a sieve and, voilà – your cold brew is ready.
